Eligibility:

The Timberline Liquor Grand Opening Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to claim any prize. Employees, officers, and directors of Timberline Liquor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

Entries will be accepted from now through Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM (MT).

How to Enter:

Participants may enter in person at Timberline Liquor during normal business hours.

• Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

• Participants may submit additional entries by visiting the store on multiple days during the entry period.

• No purchase is required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

• 5:00 PM – $500 Gift Card Drawing

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Timberline Liquor. Winners do not need to be present to win.

Notification and Claiming Prizes:

Winners will be notified by phone, email, or in person within 48 hours of the drawing. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification. A valid photo ID confirming age and identity is required for prize redemption. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to claim the prize within 14 days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of Winning:

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

General Conditions:

• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

• Timberline Liquor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Timberline Liquor, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.

• By accepting a prize, winners grant Timberline Liquor permission to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Taxes:

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt or use of any prize. The value of prizes may be reported to taxing authorities as required by law.

Disqualification:

Timberline Liquor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, submitting false information, or violating these rules.
